Kentau Polytechnic College received international status
On May 22, 2019, the German Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dr Tilo Klinner, attended of the signing ceremony of the cooperation contract between the German company TUV Rheinland Akademie GmbH, Kentau Polytechnic College and Kentau Transformer Plant, which is part of the holding company Alageum Electric.
The contract was signed by Mrs Katja Kaiser (TUV Rheinland Akademie GmbH International Project Manager), Hairulla Kozhabayev (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC Kentau Transformer Plant) and Viktor Kriventsov (Director of Kentau Polytechnic College).
«TUV Rheinland Akademie GmbH is recognized as a world leader and a leading international provider of training services. This cooperation will allow conducting training in the College with the application of international standards and German quality in education, to exchange German experience in dual training.
With the signing of the contract, the college acquires an international status with the renaming to «Kazakhstan-German Polytechnic College». This summer is also planned to train a part of the teaching staff in Germany, in the future — a trip and training of students in Germany. College students studying in this program will receive a diploma of international level, which will allow them to work in international enterprises.
